My forms are gone

    I reached out yesterday about this issue but when I log in to both of my accounts my home screen isn't showing any of my forms. I sign in and get a welcome back message but then it's still showing "Login" at the top of my home screen like I am not actually signed in.


    I tried signing in with a fake email and password and I get taken to the same screen. "Welcome back" with 0 forms.

    When I click on the forum link it takes me to a screen that says unauthorized access. When I attempt to login I am back to the same situation as before. My "homepage" with 0 forms and it still has "Login" at the top right corner as if I am not actually logged in... this is getting extremely frustrating! I have contracts I need to get out today. Is there a phone number I can reach someone at???

    Unfortunately, we do not offer phone support, however, we would be happy to help you here.

    The reason why you can't access the provided ticket is, it's set as a private one. This means only the JotForm team and you (when you are logged in) can access it.

    Can you please try to clear your browser's cache and cookies and then try again? If that doesn't work, can you please try a different browswer?
