Submission limit...

    Hi - I'm receiving the 'you have reached your submission limit, please upgrade' message, but I only have 15 submissions! I deleted all the others and permanently deleted them from the trash. I have logged out, logged back in again and cleared my cache etc., but am still getting this message. If you could help I would be most grateful. Thank you.

    I checked your account and there does not seem to be any submission limit issue.

    I have additionally cleared the form cache on your account.

    Please clear your browser cache, login and check.
