A user reported an issue uploading documents at the PDF Fields.

It seems your form user is using the save and continue link to submit the form.
I have tested a cloned version of your form and I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.
After I have used the continue link to continue filling the form, I was able to submit my cloned form.
May we know if the issue still remains even after the user uploaded the PDF files again?
You may suggest to the user to try another web browser and let us know how it goes.
