2 Jotform accounts

    I accidentally have TWO jotform accounts and I want to get rid of one and use my email address on the paid account but jotform won't allow me to change the email address of the account I want to keep to the email address of the one I want to delete.How do I accomplish that?

    What is the username of your second account? Please note that the same email address cannot be used in two accounts and that is the reason why you are having this issue. You can use some other email address in the account that you do not want to use.

    We can also delete your other account and once your account is deleted, you can use that email address again.
