Activate payment on form

I hadn’t created a form in a while and I was really pleased to see that you all had updated the forms with the payment buttons in there. I created the form, but the payment button will not activate. I don’t know what to do at this point.

I did check your form and found that you have added "PayPal Pro" payment tool, but you have not yet added your PayPal pro credentials. That is the reason why the payment form is not working. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to please add your PayPal pro credential and that will solve your problem. You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to find your PayPal API credentials: https://www.jotform.com/help/284-how-to-obtain-paypal-api-credentials
