Stripe Integration: Why am I not able to connect to my Stripe account?

    Hi I have connected jotform to my stripe account but when I try to make a payment through the form it says error because the API key was not connected

    Apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    I checked and your form is not connected with Stripe. Once you connect the form with Stripe, you need to click on the Save button.

    Please connect the form again and test it.

    I have done that multiple times and saved it multiple times but it doesn't
    work. Could you look at what is wrong and why can't the connected stripe be
    saved?

    The reason behind this is because your Stripe Integration is still not connected.


    Are you getting an error message when you try to connect it? Could you please try it again?

    This issue could have been occurring due to form cache. I have cleared your form cache. Please try to connect Stripe again and let us know how it goes.
