Please help - forms deleted

    Hi there,

    I left a comment yesterday as no forms appeared on my account (under the email admin@biminisharklab.com). Previously, the account was tied to bbfssharklab@gmail.com which was supposed to be removed. On trying to log in, I found I could still log in with both email addresses and neither accounts had any forms. I received the following response from your team:

    "The forms are stored into the account AdminSharklab (admin@biminisharklab.com) there is a deleted account (not purged yet) which was using the same email address, so instead of the email, please try logging in with the username AdminSharklab."

    This is unhelpful to me. I can log in using the admin email, bbfs email, AND AdminSharklab username but all accounts have no forms saved. I am desperately needing to access these forms, and it is becoming increasingly frustrating at how difficult it seems to drop all ties to the bbfs email.

    To confirm, please completely remove the bbfssharklab@gmail.com (I am not sure if this needs "purged"?) from ANY Jotform account (this is an old email out of use). Secondly, please ensure I can log in using AdminSharkLab/admin@biminisharklab.com to view all forms from the past two years. We had approximately five different forms, with inboxes of 20-70. This information is crucial to our work.

    Hi,

    Upon our records, we are unable to find any account registered with the email "bbfssharklab@gmail.com". Can you please give it another try again in another browser of clearing the cache and cookies of the current browser? Also, please let us know how it goes. We would be glad to assist you.
