My account says I have no forms created

    Account DrAlkon I was able to log in and when I log in it says there are no forms created. I would like to know what happened to my whole account which we had forms created and also many forms submitted

    You posted the same issue a few hours ago. My colleague found the account to have been locked out, and he had it activated. You should be able to log in this time. As suggested, if your current password no longer works, kindly reset the password.
