Update Username / Email Contact

I am leaving my job and I need to transfer this account to another staff member in my office. How do I do this?

Regarding the account username change, this is not currently possible to do since your account is HIPAA compliant, in order to change your username you would need to downgrade the HIPAA compliance, request the username change and enable it again, you can do this from the Data section of your account settings: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data
