Let recipients enter their availability for each day of a calendar month?

Hi,

Can you help me design a survey that asks recipients to enter their availability for each day of a calendar month?

I would like to have a calendar, or list of each day of the month that they are required to submit something for each day. It can be as simple as Avalable, Not Available, or Custom.

An option that you can try is using the Configurable List widget, so the user can add as multiple dates as possible:

Please note that all selections will show in a single cell when you export to Excel.
