Why am I receiving the Address field empty in the notification email?

    When the portion of the Address is filled in, Posey Services is not receiving that information. So the address is not working.

    Hi, chrisicous.

    I have checked your form, and it seems that the email notification is using the incorrect Address Field Unique Name to grab the user address.


    Please, follow the screencast below that shows you how to check your unique field name and use it inside your email content.
