My form is not working!! Temporary Back End Unavailable

    Hello,


    This is my 2nd week using jotforms. My form is a HIPAA form. I have had 3 instances now where my form is unavailable due to the temporary back end unavailable error. I use this form for my business and your servers are not reliable at all. PLEASE GET BACK TO ME ASAP. THANK YOU. I CANNOT EVEN ACCESS MY FORM TO EDIT AT THIS TIME. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have experienced a temporary issue with the server and it has already been fixed by our backend team. The forms should be loading normally now. Please check and let us know if you notice any further issue. We will be happy to take a look again.

    Hi Kiran,

    Why is it that your servers go down multiple times a week? What is JotForms doing to ensure this does not happen again in the future?

    Hi,

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and understand your frustration.

    The latest issue was related to the OS file system, and unfortunately in the last week, we also had a temporary issue with a script that cleans expired HIPAA tables. However, issues with HIPAA accounts are rare, but this time the issues happened to occur in a short timeframe. Both of these issues are now fixed, and should not appear again.

    Our developers are continuously working on the system, and as soon as we notice any issues, they are on to fix them.

    Once again your site and my form are down with the same exact error “temporary back end unavailable”. This is now happened at least once a week since I have joined Jotforms. What is the issue this time and why does your platform not work as expected? 1612878390_602292360aed8_C7A5DF45-AE46-4

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

    The issue was reported to our backend team. We have received an update from our team just now that the issue was caused due to database connection. Our developers have already fixed the issue.

    Hi, 

    JotFrom's HIPAA environment got high traffic because of the vaccine practice of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team doesn't expect that kind of traffic on short notice. Our DevOps team has been taking all necessary precautions to prevent Jotform from downtimes. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    I am now getting a 504 error AGAIN. Please see attachments. This service is outrageously terrible on JotForms part. There is a different issue every day with your HIPAA servers. Please resolve asap and I need to be contacted by your sales team.
