Unable to log in

    Hi there.

    I already contacted Jotform this morning and I still have problems accessing my account. I added the account credentials and on the upright corner page still appears Login or Sign up, it doesn't seem I am logged in at all. All my forms uploaded previously are missing. I need to work on the forms immediately. Can anybody help me?

    Hello Marcelo - I just checked that one of my colleagues reactivated your account from being locked out. The way I see it, the account is currently active and in good standing.

    If you still cannot log in when you received this, please try clearing your browser's caches then log in using this link below:

    When I add the credentials, it is still does appear Login and Sign up (upper right corner) and my uploaded forms are missing. I really don't know what is going on.

    Hello Marcelo - Could you please try a different browser or an incognito? Let's see if you were able to login to it?

    If it still persists, please grab a screenshot of the browser's console report and post it here. Here's a guide on how-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers while here's how-to-post-screenshots on this ticket.
