System is down

    This is getting ridiculous, we use your service for our clinic and it's mostly down for the past week. Please see the screenshot. We will need to move to a different service... will you be fixing your servers?

    A few hours ago, there was a temporary glitch in our HIPAA servers, but this is now resolved. You can reply to us if the issue continues in your end. Sorry for the inconveniences. Have a good one.

    But this keeps happening. It's always an issue with the HIPAA servers. Is there something being done to resolve it?
