Temporarily Back-end Unavailable errors

    Hello,

    We are getting continual errors on the back end with jotfom. We cannot download our submissions like we used to be able to, and this is vital to our business.

    Today there is a warning about the backend having issues, which is very nerve wracking since this runs our business.

    Can you please provide any advisement on how long this will take to resolve and why our submissions fail to download? This issue has been going on for a couple weeks.


    We will need to move to a different service if this continues.

    Hi Leah,

    Apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    Earlier today he had a temporary issue with HIPAA Complainant servers. The issue was quickly resolved by our developers. Everything should be working properly now. Please check again and let us know if there is any issue.
