URGENT_THESE BACK END ERROR MUST BE ADDRESSED AND RESOLVED

    I own 5 dental clinics and use Jotforms for all of them. I keep getting back end errors and I am disappointed. I am also tired of these locked account and too many attempts error. THESE NEED TO BE FIXED OR ELSE I WILL SWITCH ALL MY ACCOUNTS. I ALSO NEED A DIRECT LINE COSTUMER SERVICE FOR EMERGENCY.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have experienced a temporary issue with the server and it has already been fixed by our backend team.
