BAA Signature

We are wanting to upgrade our account to be HIPAA compliant. In doing so it looks as if we will sign the BAA as part of the process. Will the BAA be automatically signed by the user account logged in? Our COO needs to sign this and the account logged in does not belong to the COO. How can we get the BAA in a manner that our COO can sign the BAA? Please advise.
