Print PDF: Page breaks not working when printing a PDF from the Print button on the form.

    Dear All,

I want to setup a rental contract in Jotform.

I built it properly (as far as I know) here: https://form.jotformeu.com/93022164008345

It does work as expected on the end-user side, except when printing out the completed form.

I inserted a printing button on page 4, but the page breaks are not respected.

Any advice on how to solve this and make it work for any end-user on the web?

Your support will be much appreciated on this.

    Many thanks in advance.

    Kinds regards,

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Could you check your PDF settings from the PDF Editor, and insert page breaks there to the PDF file?

Please try this and see if it helps.

You can access the PDF Editor from the Form Builder, by clicking the "Form Builder" text and choosing PDF Editor from the navigation panel that opens.

    Hi Laura,

    Thanks for your feedback.

As you can see in my account, page breaks are properly inserted in the form and in the PDF, but they are not respected when printing out the online form witht he printing button.

Can you pelase check and let me know how I can change this?

The issue is I tried Jotform a long time ago and never used it really as the issue remains... I need your help to see it running "live".

Should you need to make test, please use the form "test cedric".

Many thanks in advance for your help.

    Kind regards,

It seems the margins are not correctly set in the Print option and not following the PDF editor margins.

I have escalated the issue to our back-end team for further investigation.

Once we have updates, you will be notified at this support ticket.

For now, I would suggest attaching your PDF document in your autoresponder email for your form respondents to print the PDF document.
