I have questions about JotForm.

Hi, I need to be able to; 

multi forms - several different sections to a form

forms only available to user (login) client area

save & continue (not by link then to your site), login to start, save, log back in days later & continue

save to database

generate reports & add answers / data in added by clients from form

Yes, this is possible using the section collapse.

You can do so by assigning forms to JotForm users.

That can be done by enabling the "Continue forms later option". When enabled, an additional button will appear on the form labeled as"Save and continue later". You can change its label as desired.
