HIPAA account: Unable to access JotForm website.

    How much longer will you site be down?

    The  'Temporarily Back-end Unavailable' issue should have been fixed now.
    Could you kindly check your account and confirm if you are able to access the forms?

    I do have one other issue. My email is lavida@lavidafearless.com
    The issue I am having is some of the questions are not being printed out according to their positioning in the list and I will give you an example
    EVALUACION PSICOSOCIAL Formulario (PSYCHOSOCIAL EVALUATION Intake Form)
    This is the name of one of my forms
    The 1st item listed is
    Nombre legal completo (Full legal name)
    Problem is the question cannot be found where it is supposed to be, right there on the first column of the first page.
    There a couple other items like this also

    I still cannot get into one of my forms to see the submissions

    Hello Danny,

    We do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

    As my colleague mentioned, this issue was addressed by our development team and they informed us that the issue is cleared. If you are still experiencing the issue on your end, I would suggest that you clear the browser cache and cookies and try the forms again. The issues can persist if the website is still using previously cached data. I also cleared all of your form caches from our end as well.

    Please try this and give your forms another test run. If the same issue continues, I will report the problem to our developers to inform that that your account is still being affected by the issue.

    Also, as for your other question regarding the print layout of your form, I have gone ahead and moved it to its own support ticket to avoid confusion among your two inquiries. You can find the response to your new form via this link - https://www.jotform.com/answers/2878112
