How can I have a timesheet for my employees to fill out and send back to me?

I am trying to set up a timesheet that i can send to my employees for them to fill out and send back.

Is this possible?

Please see the timesheet that we have at the moment attached.

I am struggling to insert a table that allows for long text and short numeric inputs?

To confirm, is form https://www.jotform.com/210336432687355 the current timesheet you have?

I made a clone of it for the purposes of this example (here is my cloned form: https://form.jotform.com/210345117081949). Would an Input Table field with Multiple input column types work for you?

For example, you could have two columns: one with the Textbox field and the other with the Numeric Textbox?

Would this be something that would be helpful?

You may upload/import this PDF into JotForm and map an input table field to these tables on your PDF.
