We have a couple of questions before we sign up

    Hi,

    I'm Amanda Pettiette, DRE at St. Dominic Catholic Church in Security, CO. We have been viewing your website and are considering using Jotforms for our website. We have been looking at getting a silver membership at the non-profit rate. My pastor and business manager have the following questions:

    1. If we start with a Silver plan, paying yearly, and want to upgrade our account to the Gold, how does this work, and how hard is it to transition to the new plan?
    2. If we start with a Silver plan, paying yearly, and then want to upgrade our account to Gold, is the rate pro-rated?
    3. If we decide to cancel the service, do we have to pay any fees, and/or do we get any of the fees refunded to us?
    4. If we do make a switch from an existing Silver account to a Gold account is there a new agreement made or do we still use the old agreement?

    I would need to have a response to these questions as soon as possible as I have to get them to the pastor and business manager by no later than 9:30 am this coming Tuesday.

    Hello, Amanda. Thank you for your interest in using Jotform, I can gladly assist you answering your questions in the same order:

    1. If we start with a Silver plan, paying yearly, and want to upgrade our account to the Gold, how does this work, and how hard is it to transition to the new plan? The transition happens automatically, the system sets your account with the new limits and features for the plan. Your forms won' get affected, even if you decide to downgrade.
    2. If we start with a Silver plan, paying yearly, and then want to upgrade our account to Gold, is the rate pro-rated? Yes, the system will apply a pro-rated charge. And will take the credit for Silver into the Gold plan.
    3. If we decide to cancel the service, do we have to pay any fees, and/or do we get any of the fees refunded to us? No, there are no fees for cancelling the service, and in fact, you'll get a pro-rated refund.
    4. If we do make a switch from an existing Silver account to a Gold account is there a new agreement made or do we still use the old agreement? All subscriptions are governed by our general terms of use, and if you upgrade, for example, to HIPAA, no change is necessary, as this is governed by the HIPAA compliance conditions, not the price you pay.
