Form Publication Issues

    I have created a form, but for some reason it is not allowing me to publish it. It just keeps prompting me to log in, but when I log in it prompts me to login again (not receiving any errors at all). It's just not logging me in. What am I doing wrong?

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. May we ask what device/browser you are using when you are logging in to your account, please? Also, have you tried clearing your browser's cache or using a different browser/device? I have checked the account the form you linked is under and it has an active status and the form is enabled.
