Thank you page: Redirect to external link is not working

    Hello! All of our forms created on Jotform utilize a redirect immediately after submitting the application. This link takes the applicants to a personality quiz to see if they meet the standards of the company. The links work, but once put into the settings for the thank you page, the page will not redirect and gives errors. How do we fix this?

    Since we need them to continue to go to the link once they fill out the application, I have changed the Thank you settings to go to a page with the link instead of directly taking them to the link for now, but we need to get the redirect working ASAP.

    I've checked your form settings and found no issues with it, also I've cloned the form to test it and the redirect link opened with no problems as you can see in this screen cast.


    I've cleared your form cache as a double check, you can can always perform this action from your side by following this guide, please recheck again now and if the issue is still persistent, send us a screenshot of the error that you get, you can attach the screenshot to the ticket by following this guide, also we will need the permission to make test submissions on your form to check it.
