the box to create conditions doesn't behave properly!

    Hello ,

    when I want to create a condition for my form I go to

    Conditions wizard,

    send an email after submission

    if xxxx field is filled then


    THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE DROP DOWN CHOICE:" NOTIFICATION" DOESN'T SHOW UP, THE ONLY THING THAT I CAN SELECT IS  "please select" which of course doesn't allow to select anything

    so the condition cannot be saved!

    also there was another condition already set 10 minutes ago and now is not showing up!

    this happens only with my form "tea english test" and my other forms and their related conditions are working fine!!

    what happened?

    I'm having trouble even finding the conditions wizard... is the whole thing gone now? I've never used it, and don't see any place to click to use it.

    If there are no emails for this form create a new form following these instructions:
    1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab,
    2. Click on "Email Alerts",
    3. Click "Add New Email" and complete the wizard.
