Reset password problems

    Hello - I'm trying to reset my password, but the links are coming back as expired as soon as they reach my inbox (within a minute or two of the request). Can you help?

    Hi Rebecca, thank you for contacting Jotform support,

    Yes, the reset password link has an expiry. May I ask if you have requested multiple times? Please note that once you have requested a new password reset link, the previous links will be expired.

    Kindly request another reset password link.

    Yesterday when I made the request, I received the email about 2 minutes later. I clicked on it immediately and got the expired link message. I tried again with a similar result. This morning, when I tried to repeat the process, I’m not even getting an email. Can you reset my password internally or send me a valid link?

    We apologize for inconvenience. I checked the account/username AlliedServices and I noted it was Lock out due to multiple failed login attempt on the account.

    I have now reactivated the account.

    Can you please try log in again using the username at https://www.jotform.com/login

    If you have forgotten the login password, you can reset again using your account email.

    Please let us know if issue persist.

    I need to reset my password, but the reset email is not coming through at all now. I’ve checked my junk mail and don’t see anything there either. Can you send me a link directly to reset?

    There's no Jotform account registered to the email address you shared. Could you please check and let us know what is the account username? You can also provide any form links that belong to the account.
