Jotforms has been down most of the day

    Jotforms has been down most of the day, and I have not been able to complete my client notes. Any idea when the system will be up and running again?

    Hi there,

    Our developers were alerted to the back-end issue earlier today for HIPAA accounts and have advised that the issue has been fixed and the server is stable.

    Indeed, I did verify this on our HIPAA test account.

    Could you please check again and let us know if the issue persists so we can investigate further?

    I have clients all day back to back, and I am finally able to send a message, before my next client. The HIPAA compliant Jotforms is still showing the message: Temporarily Back-end Unavailable - High traffic. I still do not have access since yesterday.

    Thank you for letting us know!

    I have just checked on our HIPAA test account and I see that the servers are available.

    Before I escalate this to our back-end team, if you switch your browser and/or clear your browser cookies and cache, or use an incognito window, does the issue persist?
