We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. To my understanding, you received a link from a form submission and you placed that link into a document. However, for some reason, that link is not working, is that correct?
Can you please confirm if I understood your concern correctly, please?
Can you share with us the link you are referring to, please? Also, may we ask the error you are getting if there is any?

Thank you for the screenshots.
It looks like you're actually embedding something from the mail app.
Could you copy the link from the first screenshot you've sent us and paste it directly in your document?
