cannot login to quiz app

    I've been trying to access to set up a quizz but everytime I enter my login credentials it fails. Now I can't even log into my jotform account because of too many unsuccessful attempts to log in.

    Any suggestions on how I can fix this so that I can access quizform?

    Hi Berkley,

    I have flushed your login attempts, and you should be able to login into your account now.

    To access the, could I ask you to try to clear your browser cache, and possibly try with a different browser?

    Thank you. I can access my primary jotform account now but when I try to access it says login successful but then it takes me right back to the login box.

    I've tried using Chrome and Edge browsers

    Unfortunately, I cannot replicate the issue at my end when I open the quiz app.


    I would suggest you login to your account first in Jotform and then open the quiz app in the same browser, this way you won't need to login to the app.
