Hello @mikephotoboothcincycom,
Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.
I did review your form and I found that your PayPal integration is connected and it seems like it should be functioning. However, since you have selected the PayPal Business integration, I do suggest that you review your PayPal permissions to make sure your PayPal account is a business account and not a personal one.
You can review the following blog post for more information on the different PayPal accounts - https://www.jotform.com/blog/paypal-business-account-vs-personal/
However, if you are sure that you are set up with a PayPal Bussiness account, then I would suggest that you disconnect the integration and then re-connect it to allow it to refresh.

Usually, the reason the credit card field does not work in PayPal integration is because of the type of PayPal account. If your PayPal is not a business account type then you are not allowed to receive debit/credit card payments.
Since you mentioned that you have a Business type account, you can try the PayPal checkout integration and see if that will work for you.
Here's the guide: How-to-integrate-form-to-PayPal-checkout
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Can this be done inside of my current form, or do I have to rebuild completely?
It states that you can only have one PayPal integration.
Thanks!

You may remove your current PayPal business integration and use the PayPal checkout.
To do this,
1)click on the trash bin icon to remove the payment integration.
2)then add the PayPal checkout integration
Your products will be taken over to the new payment integration.
Before removing the integration, I would suggest downloading your submissions first.
