Oops! Sent out 'Secure form" link on free account - now getting notification account will be disabled

    I made a msitake on a recent form and sent out a link for the "secure" version. After realizing my mistake I resent out the link as the unsecure but a few people followed the secure link instead.

    I have disabled that form completely now but the system sent me an email saying my forms will be disabled on Wednseday.

    Can you please help me fix this?

    While I hope in the next year to be at a point in my business that I need a paid account (I LOVE Jotform and recommned it to everyone!) I can't afford (nor need) one at the time.

    I would love to keep using this product. Can you help?

    Hello, Thank you for the continued support on JotForm. Upon checking your account you are already used 10 SSL submisssions for this month.

    I have reset your counters as we can understand that it is a human error on your part but we can only do this once per user. I would suggest is to clone your form so that it will have a new form URL and delete or disable the original form to prevent others using the secured link of the original.
