Inbox submission Notes section is not showing scrollbar on Safari browser

    In my notes section, there is not option to scroll up and down. So it only gives me space for a couple paragraphs of words then it gets mixed together and unreadable. One of my coworkers has a scroll bar on hers, and I want to find out how to enable my scroll bar on the notes section.

    It's every notes sections I use. It isn't any specific one individually

    From our backend, your account has no forms. If you are referring to a form that is shared with you, could you please kindly provide us with an example of the form ID/Name and the submission ID so we can further check it on our end?

    Yes, ioellc08 is the forms shared with me -> Leverage and Scale feedback form -> Cozette White

    I have tested on my end and it seems the scrollbar is automatically created when you have a number of notes already.

    I have used FireFox in viewing the notes.

    Please try another web browser and let us know if the issue still remains.
