Shared form with individual but that person cannot edit submissions

Hello i have shared my form with a colleague but she cannot edit form submissions as part of the approval process.

I have given her persmissions as per the screenshot and she can view and edit the forms, but not the submissions as part of the approval process. she gets an error stating that she does not have persmissions to edit the form

Edit form permission is different from Edit submissions. Try sharing the submissions by following this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/199-how-to-share-forms-submissions-page and make sure that you set the correct edit permission.

Just a correction, I've tried the permission to my sub-user and it allowed me to edit the form with same permission as yours.

The issue seems to be is with the youngs@iona.qld.edu.au, I found no account under that email. Can you please confirm that it has an existing account or are you under an Enterprise account? If so, kindly send an email to enterprise-support@jotform.com for a priority support.
