My plan has been downgraded for some reason.

    My plan seems to have been downgraded recently. Please advise, perhaps an automatic monthly payment wasn't made?

    Your last payment was December 29, 2020 and it looks like it failed to charge your card again that is why it automatically downgraded your account.

    Autorenewal is enabled by default unless you cancelled it. You may try to renew your subscription via billing page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing.
