JotForm features: Covid vaccine scheduling and JotForm volume and features.

Hi,

Our clinic is about to become a mass vaccination site for the state and local health department. We are looking for a tool to address external scheduling for the general public and we have a few questions:

1. Can you confirm the type of volume that can be handled if JotForm is publicly hosting the form on its own site? 
2. Can data/fields get exported? What format?
3. Can automated reminders for scheduled patients be sent?
4. If so, by email?
5. If so, by text?
6. Can 2nd dose reminders be scheduled for patients?
7. If so, by email?
8. If so, by text?

 

We’re ideally looking for a robust solution that can do as much administrative work for us – with technology – as possible.

1. Can you confirm the type of volume that can be handled if JotForm is publicly hosting the form on its own site? 
   We have a cluster of servers, that can handle even drastic spikes in the traffic volume.
   Previously we have had instances with over a few thousand submissions in a short period without issues.
   
   However, please note that the user accounts have limitations on how many submissions you can receive monthly. Please visit our Pricing page for more information. If you think you would need more than 100,000
   monthly submissions, our Enterprise have unlimited submissions.
   
   Can data/fields get exported? What format?
   
   All forms and their data can be exported to Excel, PDF, and CSV files and printed out. Besides this, you can automatically sync the data to other apps, such as Google Sheets, Airtable, CRM softwares, and so on, with our free integrations. 2. Can automated reminders for scheduled patients be sent?

   Yes, you can set up automatic reminder emails.

   You can use integrations such as Twilio and Zapier to set up SMS reminders.

   a&b: The same way as above, you can send reminders for the second dose.
   As you are handling quite a big volume of customers, one option could also be to use an Emailing App, such as ActiveCampaign or MailChimp, to manage emails. See all of our emailing app integrations here:

We just got approved for the unlimited HIPAA plan. Does this allow for the same features such as integrations and high volume submissions since it’s considered unlimited?

Yes that is correct. All integrations are available in Coronavirus responder program, and it also gives you virtually unlimited submissions as well.
