PipeDrive Integration: Update an exsisting response in Pipedrive when a response is submitted.

I run a travel company and use a jotform to collect the passport details for all the people traveling on the same trip. The one form can have anywhere from 1 to 6 travelers details. I would like to have all the travelers information (name, dob, passport number, exp date etc)integrate with Pipedrive with each traveler being a contact in Pipedrive. I know I can do it for 1 traveler. Is there a way to do this? I know I can have one form for each traveler but that would be very inefficient. Usually the head of the family will fill out the form for all members of the family.

If not possible, as a workaround is there a way, to fill out the same form many times but have it appear/feel like it is the continuation of the same form. Almost like a loop after each submit button.

    Thank you.

Unfortunately, updating the Pipedrive integration is not yet possible. Currently, it is only possible to add the details on the integration.

I am forwarding this to our backend team for a review however we cannot provide you an ETA as to when then the feature will be available. Our team will get back to you as soon as they have any updates on this.

I see all the traveller details are on the separate fields so you can map each field to the Pipe Drive integration's field. You can create fields for all the traveller in the Pipe Drive too then map details of each traveller with Pipe drive.

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks

Thank you for your response. On my Jotform I have up to 6 traveler details on the one form. I cannot create 6 name fields for the same contact in Pipedrive as you are suggesting. In the table mapping the fields I cannot have many Jotform fields to 1 pipedrive field. If I could that may have worked. What I am trying to achieve is if I have 4 passenger details on my jotform, I would like to have 4 contact records in Pipedrive each with name, passport number etc. Hope someone maybe able to come up with a creative solution. Thank you.

Your latest response appears to be a new requirement to create multiple records in PipeDrive. I have moved your latest question to a new thread so that we can address it separately. You will be answered in the following thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2876646
