I need to reset my password, but the reset email is not coming through?

I updated my email and password yesterday. But today, I was locked out. I clicked" sign in with google", and was able to access my account, but I think the old passwords and emails got mixed together...I can't change my password because I don't know my current password (I've tried every password I can think of), and when I ask for an email to reset my password, it says it's sending it, but it's not coming to either of the emails (old or new). The only way I can access the account is by clicking "sign in with google", but then none of the employees at our practice can get in to see their form responses, because the old AND new emails/passwords aren't working for them.

I'm not sure what I've done wrong, but I can't figure out how to update my password so that I can give the employees a working log in. Is there a phone number I can call in the morning to get some help?

You may refer to our "How to Reset JotForm Account Password" guide for more information on how to get a new password. Don't forget to check if the email is in your spam/junk folder. If it's there, mark it as "not spam" so that it will not be flagged as spam in the future.

Regarding sharing the submissions, I suggest you utilize the Table's share and collaboration feature. You can also create form reports that you can share with your employees.
