    Hello,
After submitting my pdf documents into the Jotform, once I try opening the pdf using the link I get a " whoops this page does not exist" error message and I need to know how to fix this ASAP. Thank you

Are you referring to the 404 error message/page? If so, you would need to lift privacy settings in your account if want to open PDF link or file link through email which require login to review files, here is the link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings.

Just to confirm, did you send a screenshot, or has the issue been resolved?

If you sent a screenshot via email then we are not able to receive it, you can follow this guide: How-to-post-screenshots-to-our-support-forum

    Thank you!

This is the image that I was referring to. For each of the pdf files that I have uploaded, once i click on them to get a preview it brings me to this page. 1612536400_601d5a50dd698_CA4D67FC-66A5-4

Hi Taylor! It seems that you submitted someone else's form as I am not able to locate an account with your email address. If you do have an account and are referring to your own form; then please provide us its link, otherwise please read further.

If you completed someone else's form and are trying to access the uploaded documents via the link (that was sent to you in an email); then it is possible that the reason you're not able to access these URLs is because of the form owner's privacy settings. They may have disallowed the documents uploaded on their forms to be accessible publicly.

If you want us to look into it further; then please provide us with the form URL that you filled or the email address that you used while filling up the form.

However, you may also get in touch with the form owner asking them about the uploaded documents status.

    Thank you!
