am I able to download the entire completed form once a patient fills it out?

I just signed up for the service and I have a few questions. I switched over to you from a previous provider. I was was wondering if you can tell me if I'm able to download the entire completed form once a patient fills it out. I have tried but it seems I can only see the questions answered, but not the form.

Thank you for reaching us. I checked and cloned your form. You may easily download your submissions with the answers and questions. I kindly recommend that use our PDF Editor. While using the PDF Editor, you can create a PDF Document. PDF documents contain the submission data. You can include these as email attachments to your Notification Email and Autoresponder Email. You can click the Form Builder dropdown and select the PDF Editor to create a new PDF Document.

You may view a page like the one below. You can customize/change the text field's font size, text alignment, the order of the fields, and the size of the fields here. You can make these changes in whatever view you want documents.

Then click the Download button to download your submission as a PDF Document.

Also, if you want to get information after your form is filled, you can set up a Notification Email. By attaching the PDF Document you created in the PDF Editor to your notification Email, you can see your submission in PDF form in the e-mail you receive automatically every time your form is filled. Setting up Email Notifications

After creating a PDF Document and Notification Email, add PDF Attachment to your notification email. You may see this toggle in the Notification Email Settings, under the Advanced tab.
