Questions about the Free plan

    Are the numbers mentioned in the Free plan a monthly usage or an all-time usage? Also, can submissions be deleted so as to not go over the limits?

    Hi there,

    Happy to help!

    The limits as detailed for the Free Account differ depending on Monthly (per month) and Total (overall) basis:

    For example, with a Free Plan, you can have 100 monthly submissions, but an overall total of 500 submissions in your account at one time. Anything that isn't labeled monthly is an overall limit.
