Did not receive a notification of completed form.

Good afternoon. I have two forms that I use through JotForm. My portable storage inquiry form I've been using for several months. Whenever someone completes that form, I receive an email letting me know. I created a Mobile Storage Rental Agreement today and tested it out by sending to myself and my husband. We have both completed and submitted it, and it shows up in my form submissions, but I am not receiving an email to notify me. Is there a "button" I need to check to make that happen?

I have checked the Xtreme Mobile Storage Rental Agreement form, and it seems that there's no email notification set up on it:

Kindly set up an email notification for this form so that you can receive an email for every submission: Setting-up-email-notifications.
