Help in creating a tracking form for employees?

    Hi there - just wondering if there is a form already created or if this will work.

    Basically, we would like to create a form for tracking employee training. We would include a link to direct them to the course and then have them check off that it is complete and pull into a report where we can track for each employee.

    Please let me know if you have any thoughts on a form that might work!

    There are several ways to track a data in Jotform. You can use different kinds of reports like HTML Table, Grid Listing, Visual Reports etc..
