I upgraded my account, check account if live

    Greetings,

    Your account is currently Upgraded to Bronze, as to what you have purchased and it's currently in good standing. Though it seems like you have 2 subscriptions active on your account, not sure if you're aware of that.

    You have Bronze Yearly and Storage Yearly. Was it intended? If you want to cancel either of the 2, you can cancel it from your PayPal account.

    Once canceled, do get back to us so we can issue a refund, and update your account.

    I only want the Bronze Yearly
    If I cancel the Storage Yearly will this cause issue to my account from working??
    What is Storage??
    Do all the lists stay in my account for always???

    The storage plan will only make your submission storage unlimited. With the free plan, you can only store 500 submissions, however, if you want to keep old submissions then you can upgrade to the Storage plan. The storage plan is like a FREE plan with only unlimited storage.

    Since your account is in the Bronze plan, you no longer need that plan. We can cancel it and refund it if you wish.
