Request for Refund

    Hello there,

    I am writing to inform you that I recently upgraded my account. I understand that the JOTFROM had given me 30 days to check the Trial membership for the paid membership, However, due to slow down of my business due to Covid. I won't be able to continue with the paid membership at this time.

    I am writing during my 30 days window to put a refund request to please cancel my upgrade or downgrade me to the free version. and kindly refund my funds back to the same original method.
