Update my Username

    Hi,

    Can you update my account to show the username as ayanatherapy?

    Hi Erin,

    As you have HIPAA enabled in your account so we can not change your account username. However, currently, you do not have any forms in your account. So I would suggest that you disable the HIPAA compliance first, once you receive a confirmation then let us know here so we can change your username.

    There is one last step to do before changing your name sorry. I can see that you are paying your monthly subscription through PayPal. Your PayPal subscription is tied to your current username so it needs to be cancelled before changing the username.

    Please cancel your subscription to downgrade your account to Free so that we can change your username.

    You can then upgrade the account again once we change the username.
