Make Sure That Uploaded Files are Visible

how can I be sure they will be able to open my documents when they view my submission. I don't want them to go in and my documents can't be opened...these papers are extremely important

When you upload your documents, the form owner will be able to view the uploaded documents from the JotForm Tables and JotForm Inbox. You can also contact the form owner and confirm that the uploaded files are visible on their end.

Also, if there is an Autoresponder Email on the form, you will receive an email that contains your answers. On the Autoresponder Email, you can check the uploaded files and download them as you wish. Please note that if the form owner uses the "Require log-in to view uploaded files" option, you will have to log-in to your account to download the uploaded files via Autoresponder Email.
