having trouble logging-in

    Hello Patricia! The account that you have with us is a Guest account. Guest accounts are associated to the machine and the browser; there are no logins.

    To enable login/logout functionality to your account; you'll need to convert your account to a regular account. For this, you simply need to signup for a new Jotform account with the same email address. This will merge your Guest account with your new regular account.
