I am getting the exact same thing. Just submitted the same issue.

I fixed my issue by reintegrating. The issue was that I moved the forms in my Google Drive from what JotForm originally integrated with. Not sure if you moved the forms too? If so, this might be the issue as I was receiving the exact same issue and can't be waiting this long for tech support.

this issue is related with the google spreadsheet integration, could you try by removing your current integration and creating a new one.
From your form builder:
1. Click on "Setup & Embed" tab
2. Click on the "integrations" icon
3. Select your GoogleSpreadsheet integration, then remove it.
4. Follow this guide in order to re-integrate your form with google spreadsheet
