Whoops error when clicking on uploaded links

Whenever I try to access my uploaded files a whoops 404 error pops up. I have already went into my settings and unchecked all of the upload security features.

Are you checking out the uploaded files from your email? If yes for which form did you upload the files? Please let us know the form URL.
