    Dear JOTForm,

There is an inconsistency on the dates indicated in the submission table of JOTForm and google sheet integration. On the attached submission table (1st and 2nd image), Mr. Laxa and Ms. Bruno's entry in the submission table is 5 February (this one is correct). However, the date reflected in the google sheet integration is 6 February.

For now we update manually the details of 2 registrants in the google sheet.

Would appreciate your kind assistance on this matter and hopefully will not occur again for future registrants.

    Thank you.

    Dear JOTForm Support,

    Thank you for your assistance.

One solution we did is by creating new google sheet integration. Hopefully will not happen the error in our new assigned google sheet.

    Thank you

Please take note that when you integrate Jotform to Google spreadsheet, the spreadsheet columns are generated based on the form field questions.

It means that when you change something on the form, you will need to integrate the spreadsheet again. Also, you should not make changes on the spreadsheet because the integration will stop working or that specific field will be blank.

So Editing the form or the Google Sheet itself will break the integration and will lead to incorrupt data or no data at all.

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.
